Ojos cansados

Los ojos cansados son una afección frecuente asociada al uso prolongado de pantallas o al esfuerzo visual continuado. Puede provocar molestias oculares y disminuir la productividad. Para reducir los síntomas se recomienda mantener una iluminación adecuada, realizar pausas frecuentes frente a pantallas y practicar ejercicios de descanso ocular. Mantenerse hidratado y utilizar lágrimas lubricantes también puede ayudar a aliviar las molestias.
